This light tower, which collapses to 6.5 feet, features a removable mast head for storing mounted equipment when not in use. This light boom can be extended to 20` for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 6.5` for applications where a smaller footprint is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a base stage measurement stage of 6 x 6 x .1875 x 4.52`, fourth stage measurement of 5 x 5 x .188 x 4.83`, third stage measurement of 4 x 4 x .1875 x 5.15`, second stage measurement of 3 x 3 x .125 x 5.46` and a top stage measurement of 2 x 2 x .120 x 5.88`. Each section has a 2` minimum overlap. The mast is elevated by pressing down on the end of base stage, elevating the mast into the upright position. This light mast is mounted via a wall mounting bracket found near the bottom of the tower. The mounting bracket accepts four bolts. With a strong and durable wall mounting bracket used to secure the light tower, operators are left with a stable and durable light tower. A 44\" wide and 2\" by 2\" by 1\/4\" thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for equipment. \nThe LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provides increased stability during high winds. When lowered to 6.5`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph.\nThis light tower weighs approximately 200 lbs and can easily support and lift 125 lbs fixtures. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 8` long, 4` wide, 5` tall and weighs approximately 375 lbs.
