This light tower folds over for easy transportation, features a rotating boom that allows for 360° of rotation, and a removable mast head for storing mounted equipment when not in use. This light boom can be extended to 20' above the trailer floor for maximum area coverage, and collapsed to 9` for applications where a footprint smaller is required. \nThe tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 7.13` in length and 4\" by 4\" by 1\/8\" thick, middle section 7.23` in length and 3\" by 3\" by 1\/8\" thick, and an upper section 7.78` in length and 2\" by 2\" by 1\/8\" thick. Each section has a minimum 1` of overlap. The mast is elevated using an included 1,000 lbs 24V electric winch with 3\/16\" galvanized cable and extended to its full height using a second 1,000 lbs electric winch. The electric winch is controlled using a wireless remote control, which enables customers to secure their own job\/instrument boxes or customer-provided equipment up to 60\" x 30\" x 24\" on the trailer.\nThe electric winch on this mast is offered in 120V or 240V AC 50\/60 HZ. The trailer bed is constructed of expanded metal to help prevent ice buildup on the bed platform, allowing snow and rain to flow through the trailer instead of building up on the deck, and to aid in melting of any ice and snow to buildup on the bed. The dual ski trailer is equipped with 3,500 lbs leaf springs, metal snow skis and pontoons. \nThe trailer can support and haul an additional 1,000 lbs of equipment. A 2\" round and 5\/8\" thick Pintle hitch is welded to the trailer, two standard safety chains, and skis allow for easy hookup and towing via snowmobiles and four-wheelers. \n*Please note, this trailer is not equipped with running, stop, tail, or signal lights and is designed for off-road use only!*\nThe LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provide increased stability during high winds. Four 1,000 lbs hand crank leveling jacks are used for leveling. The jacks can be leveled by hand crank or attachment provided for power drills. These outriggers can be extended 2` out from the side of the trailer for added stability. When lowered to 13.5`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph.
