This light tower features a cord reel mounting plate and a T-head component at the top of the pole. The heavy-duty mast comes with a wide foundational base at the bottom of the pole for support. \n*PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS*\nThis telescoping three stage steel light mast from Larson Electronics is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy lighting, cameras, and other electrical equipment in locations where this equipment must be elevated to heights up to 10` for effective coverage. This light boom can be extended to 10` for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 5` for applications where a smaller footprint is required. The mast is elevated by pressing down on the end of base stage, elevating the mast into the upright position. The mast is extended to its full height using an included 1,000 lb hand winch with 3\/16\" galvanized cable.\nThe LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics or galvanized for superior corrosion resistance. A 44\" T-head mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for light fixtures and equipment. The LM-10-5-3S-FM also features a cord reel mounting plate. The mounting plate measures 12\" x 9\" and is located at the base stage of the light mast above the winch. This component is also powder coated in glossy blue to match the mast.\nThe LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provides increased stability during high winds. When lowered to 5`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph.\nThis light tower weighs approximately 150 lbs and can easily support and lift 125 lb fixtures. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 8` long, 4` wide, 5` tall and weighs approximately 375 lb. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer`s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates. We also offer a choice of either the manual 1,000 lb hand winch included standard or optional electric winch. \nMounting: The LM-10-5-3S-FM is offered with a wide base at the bottom of the mast for robust support. This feature utilizes a wide foundational base at the bottom of the pole with two bolts at every corner (total of 8). A total of four vertical right-angle plates, located at every side of the square pole, provides additional support for the foundational base, ensuring it does not warp or bend. \nSuggested Applications: Temporary lighting, construction sites, and security camera deployment.
