The HALSS-48-2L-BL-EB is NRTL certified to UL 1598A standards and is specifically designed to withstand high vibration locations and the rigors of wet and corrosive marine environments. The ballast for the HALSS-48-2L-BL-EB is a remote mount ballast. Operators must run wire for it and mount the ballast. A ballast enclosure is NOT included. \n\n\nThe HALSS-48-2L-BL-EB hazardous area fluorescent light fixture is designed for use in wet areas and saltwater-marine environments where corrosion resistance is critical to equipment longevity and safety. This Class I Division 2 rated fixture is constructed of non-corrosive materials including a stainless steel housing, a poured in gasket for reliable sealing, and a glass diffuser.
