This unit features a heavy-duty mast that can be elevated to 30 feet and that can withstand 110 MPH winds at full extension when properly secured with the included guy wires. The LM-30-3S-4XATM-TLR-M1 features a quad mount top with a mast head measurement of 2' x 2'. The tower can be extended to 30' above the trailer floor for maximum area coverage, and collapsed to 12' for applications where a footprint smaller is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 12' in length and 4\" by 4\" by 1\/8\" thick, middle section 9.5' in length and 3\" by 3\" by 1\/8\" thick, and an upper section 8.5' in length and 2\" by 2\" by 1\/8\" thick. Each section has 1' foot of overlap. \nThis cell on wheels comes with a quad mount (OD 2\") component at the top of the tower, which measures 2' x 2' (2' between posts) and measures 24\" long. Operators may use the trailer to store communication devices and other supporting equipment, such as cables, electronics, amplifiers, monitoring systems, cameras, handheld tools, lights, and more. \nThe LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics. This portable communication tower is mounted to a 14' by 6', single axle trailer via six 1\/2\" anchor bolts. The two wheel trailer is equipped with 3,500 lb axle and leaf springs with 15\" trailer tires. The trailer can support and haul an additional 3,500 lb of equipment. A standard 2\" ball coupling, two standard safety chains, and 4-pin flat trailer plug allow for easy hookup and towing. \nThe LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provide increased stability during high winds. Four 1,000 lb hand crank leveling jacks are used for leveling. The jacks can be leveled by hand crank or attachment provided for power drills. These outriggers can be extended 2' out from the side of the trailer for added stability. When lowered to 12', the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph.
