This low voltage lighting solution is equipped with five, 3-watt infrared LED lamps and a solid-state controller (flash pattern settings). Designed for harsh work sites and areas prone to vibration, the IP68 rated unit is compatible with surface mounting applications.\nThe LED10W-1SS-5X-IR-PM is a cutting-edge infrared LED rotating beacon without mechanically moving parts, making it an ideal solution for rugged work sites, harsh environments and locations that experience constant vibration. This system contains five, 3-watt infrared LED lamps. The lamps are configured in a cross or X configuration, with four LED lamps at every corner and one LED lamp at the center. This results in a flashing strobe with a rotating pattern that closely mimics the configuration of traditional rotating beacons. Infrared wavelength options for the LED lamps include: 750Nm, 850nm or 940nm. The light can also be ordered in 10 degree spot mode for a longer, tighter more concentrated light beam or 35 degree flood mode to produce a wider beam spread closer to the unit. Operators may control the flashing pattern of the lighting system using an included solid-state controller. \nThe rugged aluminum extrusion housing on this unit provides optimum durability and heat dissipation. The IP68 ingress protection rated housing makes this IR LED light impenetrable to dust and submersible under water up to 3 meters. The unbreakable polycarbonate lenses are housed by a 6061 aluminum face plate which doubles as a radiant heat sink to melt away snow and ice in frigid conditions.
