This unit has a 150-gallon capacity and uses electrolysis to generate hypochlorous acid (HOCl) or sodium hydroxide (NaOH or Lye). One hub is available for water inlet connections. \nThe IND-MD-DGS-150G is a sanitizer generator for making on-demand, liquid-based cleaning solutions at work sites. This unit is capable of generating the following products in 1 hour: 150 gallons of sanitizer, 60 gallons of disinfectant, 275 gallons of 10.5 pH cleaner or 50 gallons of 12 pH degreaser. Using electrolysis, the device produces hypochlorous acid (HOCl) or sodium hydroxide (NaOH or Lye). Four available operating modes include: dispense (push in), lock (push in and lock) and stop flow (push in again). To flush the system, operators should dispense the generator for 20 seconds every 24 hours of use or at the end of the day.
