This unit provides 1,050 lumens of output during use, which can illuminate an area approximately 55’ long x 55’ wide. \n\nThis hazardous location LED light is powered by two 8aH sealed lead acid batteries that are recharged by a 30-watt solar panel. Light output comes from a 10-watt LED lamp that produces 1,050 lumens. This solar panel can be equipped with either a dusk to dawn day\/night sensor, a motion sensor, an on\/off switch, or configured to run 24\/7. The day\/night sensor is programmed to activate the solar panel in the evening and to shut it off during the day. The motion sensor will activate the panel upon detecting motion. The on\/off switch will activate and shut off the solar panel according to the operator`s preferences. \nThe light runs for 12 hours when the battery is fully charged. Charging time for the sealed lead acid batteries is 5 hours when exposed to direct sunlight. Indirect sunlight will extend the charge time. As with all solar powered equipment, charging time is affected by the amount of available ambient light. When ambient light levels drop below a certain level, such as on cloudy days, the unit will not recharge as quickly. The battery pack is contained within the solar panel, not the light. This C1D2 LED light can be configured for steady burn or strobing applications. The lamp housing is waterproof, constructed of corrosion and chemical resistant GE Lexan polycarbonate with Pyrex globe, USCG accepted and NEMA 4X compliant and suitable for hose-down areas. \nWiring: The fixture ships with 30 feet of SEOOW cable and custom lengths are available upon request.
