A borosilicate lens protects the LED light assembly and the aluminum alloy body reduces weight compared to larger metal halide and high pressure sodium fixtures. The lens has a wide dispersion angle of 120 degrees.\nLED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and\/or transportation.
