Constructed of marine-grade aluminum alloy with an epoxy powder coated red finish, the explosion proof device contains a dual-entry cable configuration.\nThe ATEX-EPSN-8W-LDSK is designed for voice amplification and intercom broadcasts in explosive and ATEX-rated sites. This compact unit amplifies low-level audio signals and reproduces them at 8 watts (Short Horn Series IIB), with an output of 104 dBa @ 1 meter. The 8-watt hazardous area loudspeaker operates on 24 V DC, 120 V AC, or 240 V AC. Approved for Zone 1 IIB and IIC, the device is constructed of marine-grade aluminum alloy LM6 and finished with an epoxy powder coating (semi-gloss). The red ATEX-rated speaker is IP66\/IP67 waterproof. \nWiring\/Mounting: The explosion proof speaker contains two, 0.787\" (M20) hubs for cable connections.
