The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provide increased stability during high winds. Four 1,000 lbs hand crank leveling jacks are used for leveling. The jacks can be leveled by hand crank or attachment provided for power drills. These outriggers can be extended 2` out from the side of the trailer for added stability. When lowered to 12`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph. Custom builds can be provided for higher wind speed resistance when fully raised. \nHousing: All of the operating components are housed within a protective compartment constructed of 14 gauge steel and designed to provide airflow for cooling. Side doors provide access to the interior while latches provide secure closing while the unit is in use. The design and construction of this enclosure along with the commercial grade muffler system helps this unit operate at a low 63 Db noise level @ 23 ft. The entire unit can be loaded and unloaded onto trucks via forklift sleeves mounted to the outer section of the light mast. The entire unit is mounted onto a two wheel trailer with a 3,500 lbs leaf spring axle. A standard two inch ball coupling and two standard safety chains allow for easy hookup and towing.\nTrailer: The LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics. This light mast is mounted to a 14` by 6` trailer via six 1\/2\" anchor bolts. The four wheel trailer is equipped with 3,5000 lbs leaf springs and 15\" trailer tires. The trailer features a self steering pivoting front end, allowing this trailer to make tighter turns and maneuver easier.
