This 2-watt device operates on a 2.4 GHz frequency and with an impedance of 50. Equipped with an impact rating of 7 joules, the omni-directional antenna offers a 2 dBi gain. The base of the unit is made out of heavy-duty nickel plated brass. This explosion proof device contains one 3\/4\" NPT hub at the bottom of the unit, which facilitates mounting on conduit or pipes. The bottom of the hub is equipped with a TNC connector (reverse polarity female TNC).
