Made from non-sparking, long lasting, UV\/water and chemical resistant materials, this pipe clamp system is ideal for mounting GL-7901GT and GL-7951GT spotlights to pipes and conduit while maintaining the ability to quickly remove the spotlight for portable use.\nThis bar clamp is machined from non-sparking Delrin II (acetal copolymer) which makes it applicable to hazardous location environments. Delrin is very effective and popular in manufacturing environments, including petrochemical, paint spray booths and food processing applications, due to its water, UV and chemical resistant nature.\nThis pipe mount clamping system is adjustable and can be used on pipes and tubes ranging from 7\/8 inches to 1-3\/4 inches in diameter. The interlocking blocks, create a \"cinching scissor\" action to tighten to any bar, rail or tube as the socket head screws are tightened. The operator attaches the mounting shoe base from their existing Golight to the BC-2-MED-GL7900GT as a permanent mount install. The ability to remove the Golight from the shoe base is retained allowing each Golight to function as a permanent mount and portable use spotlight. The adjustable clamping system cinches to size around rails of different diameters and can handle payloads to 60 pounds under extreme vibration. \nThe design of the bar clamp enables the operator to position it on horizontally or vertically situated poles, rails, etc. 2 sets of mounting holes offer the operator the ability to mount the mounting plate on the top or the side of the brackets.
