The sensing material for the MQ-131 is WO‚ƒ. It will have lower conductivity in clean air and higher conductivity when the ozone concentration rises. This sensor has high sensitivity to ozone, and also has sensitivity to strong oxide such as Cl‚‚, NO‚‚ \u0026amp;etc. It responses oppositely to organic interference gases. The sensing range is 10 - 1000ppb.
