The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 11.27` in length and 4\" by 4\" by 1\/8\" thick, middle section 10.73` in length and 3\" by 3\" by 1\/8\" thick, and an upper section 10.63` and 2\" by 2\" by 1\/8\" thick. Each section has a 1` overlap minimum. These floodlights produce a wide flood light pattern with a combined total of 1,920 watts and 259,200 lumens of light. The GAU-LTL-500W-LED lights are ideal replacements for fragile and hot running 1000 watt metal halide lamps, offering increased durability, longer lamp life, and lower power consumption. The entire lighting assembly is connected to the power source via a 4-switch control box. Each light head is on an individual circuit and can be powered on or off independently of the other light fixtures.\nHeat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. These LED units feature individual heat sinks per bank of six LEDs to control heat buildup rather than utilizing a single housing to dissipate heat. This allows for more thorough cooling of the LEDs for extended operating periods. This allows the LEDs to be driven at up to 90% capacity without overheating or visible loss of light output. A 52\" long mounting plate constructed of 2\" by 2\" by 1\/4\" thick carbon steel is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for the four LED fixtures.
