The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 12` in length and 4\" by 4\" by 1\/8\" thick, middle section 11` in length and 3\" by 3\" by 1\/8\" thick, and an upper section 10` and 2\" by 2\" by 1\/8\" thick. A 44\" wide and 2\" by 2\" by 1\/4\" thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for the three LED fixtures.\nIncluded with this light tower are three of our wet area suitable  high output LED fixtures producing a combined total of approximately 52,500 lumens at 450 watts. These lamps have a copper free aluminum alloy body that is powder coated for added durability and an attractive aesthetic appearance. Special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture to achieve an excellent 50,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. Each floodlight is securely fastened to the light boom and each lamp includes a support bracket to help maintain lamp stability within its housing. With traditional LED lights, in the event an LED array or driver fails, the entire fixture no longer illuminates. This new series of LED lamps contains twelve individual LED boards configured in a series of banks. Each bank contains two LED boards with an individual driver. In the event of a driver failure, only one bank of LEDs will be effected while the other banks will continue to operate. In the event that of an LED failure, the mating LED will continue to operate.\nThe LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provide increased stability during high winds. When lowered to 12 feet, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph. When elevated to its full upright position, the mast can be rotated a full 360°. By loosening the T-Handle, operators can rotate the mast with easy in either direction. The mast can be positioned in one of four different directions, and locked back in place by re-tightening the T-handle. The mast itself spins freely with easy, and can typically be rotated with a single hand. \nThe electric winch on this mast is offered in 120V or 240V AC 50\/60 HZ. Additional voltage options are available at an additional charge. Larson Electronics can offer single phase and three phase AC winches, or low voltage DC winches.\n\nThis light tower weighs approximately 800 lbs, can easily support and lift 150 lbs fixtures. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 16.5 feet long, 4 feet wide, 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 1200 lbs. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer’s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates.
