The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a pivoting mast section 19` in length and constructed of 5\" by 5\" by 3\/16\" steel tubing. The C-channel base section is constructed of 3\/8\" steel with the pivot point 8` above the ground. When fully lowered, the mast head sits 4.35` above the ground.
