This Class 1 Division 2 rated fixture is constructed of non-corrosive materials including a polyester housing reinforced with glass fiber, a poured in gasket for reliable sealing and an impact resistant acrylic diffuser. Corrosion resistant stainless steel latches secure the lamp cover to the housing and provide a firm lock against the poured in seal to prevent drips and water intrusion. This fixture operates on 12-24 volts and is UL 844 rated and Class 1 Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D approved. \nThe HALP-48-2L-LV also carries a UL 1598A outdoor marine rating and meets US Coast Guard specifications. This fixture is T4C temperature rated, comes standard with F32-T8 bulbs, and is designed to operate on 12 or 24 volts DC only.\nNOTE ON LAMPS: All hazardous location lights are shipped with bulbs. This fixture comes equipped with F32-T8\/841 32 Watt lamps producing 2950 lumens per bulb, 24,000 hours of service life and a 4100 Kelvin color. The HAL-48-2L-LV has an electronic ballast and only works with 12 or 24 volt DC lamps.
