This explosion proof switch provides manual starting and stopping of small AC and DC motors.\nThe EPS-2XPB Explosion Proof Stop\/Start Push Button Switch is built to be heavy duty, and is rated for 10 amps at 250 Volts. The unit, which operates on 120-277V AC single phase, is enclosed in a cast aluminum device box, and the faceplate has smooth, double flanges that mate both to the cover and the mounting enclosure to provide flame tight joints. The screws consist of stainless steel hex head screws and attaches the cover to the mounting enclosure. The switches are supplied with an internal ground screw.\nThe EPS-2XPB housing is made out of a malleable aluminum body with a cast copper free aluminum alloy cover, and is epoxy powder coated for a natural finish.
