Equipped with a 7.75\" viewing window, this unit contains 570 cubic inches of volume and is constructed of copper-free aluminum. The explosion proof enclosure can be used to comply with domestic and international code requirements, while providing protection for operators and nearby workers.\nThe EPL-AEC-7.75-GL-BP offers protection from explosive hazards and ignitions, dust, harsh weather and rough treatment (tampering). This explosion proof box contains a 7.75\" viewing window and 570 cubic inches of volume. Constructed of copper-free aluminum, four openings at every corner of the unit are available for surface mounting applications. This device features a 1\/8\" internal back plate inside the enclosure, allowing operators to drill holes into the plate for mounting equipment, rather then damaging the enclosure itself.\nThe explosion proof device box is compatible with conduit sizes up to 3.5\".
