The EHL-LED-7W-GCR100 LED drop light has no ballast and the housing is constructed of non sparking aluminum which results in a very lightweight unit. This hazardous location hand lamp is Class I Division 1 and 2 and Class II Division 1 and 2 hazardous location environment approved. This explosion proof LED drop light is ideal for hazardous work areas where a ready source of easily managed lighting is desired.\nThis 10 watt LED drop light is suitable for use in areas where petrochemical vapors and various dusts are present and projects 1050 lumens of light, which is twice the lumen per watt output of a 100 watt incandescent bulb. This unit is rated Class I Division 1 and comes complete with 100` of SOOW 16\/3 AWG cable wound inside of the retractable cord reel.\nThis hand lamp has a high efficiency LED bulb that requires no ballast, so the operator doesn`t need to drag the ballast housing around. This can be particularly annoying when the ballast becomes entangled in the cord. This explosion proof LED hand light operates on standard 120 Volts, 60 Hz for US voltages. The light produced by this unit has a 6000K color temperature, which is much sharper and whiter than the light produced by incandescent lamps.
